John "Buck" Chutz begins mining and trucking coal in Western PA

1960

Tajon, Inc., formed for nationwide bulk commodity trucking

1975

Arrow begins transload operations for CSX

1980

Arrow Terminal Company begins in Industry, PA handling industrial minerals for the steel industry

1987

Modern Transportation (dry bulk tank trucking) is founded

1990

Arrow enters JV with ACBL to form ACBLdV Barge and stevedore in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela

1995

Arrow Terminals expands internationally into the Netherlands for Glencore

1999

Arrow Terminals (U.S. river terminals) sold to Global Marine Services
Laser Terminals formed by Chutz family to continue ownership and operation of rail terminals

2002

Kinder Morgan acquires Laser Terminals from Chutz family

2008

Arrow Material Services (aka Modern Material Services) founded

2009

Tim Chutz becomes CEO of Arrow Material Services

2011

Arrow Material Services capitalizes on emerging crude by rail opportunities nationwide

2014

Arrow Material Services begins transload operations for Norfolk Southern Corp

2015

Arrow Material Services begins clay logistics operations
Arrow Material Services begins Condensate operations

2016

Robert Levy named President & COO of Arrow Material Services
EMS Management, Inc. acquired
Nicholas Rawlins named Chief Financial Officer of Arrow Material Services

2017

Bill Henderson named Chief Commercial Officer of Arrow Material Services

EMS Management forms strategic alliance with TerraHydroChem
Arrow Material Services begins operating 4 additional CSX TRANSFLO facilities
